• For Western Washington users, we have created a composite WDM file containing all the Western Washington Precipitations that are recognized by the Washington State DOE for use by their WWHM3 application. The WDM contains both the preciptations and the evap time series for Western Washington. Download WWCompositePrecips.WDM here.
• We are making available a document that is very much a work in progress, it is called HSPF for Dummies. 
• HSPFToolkit™ Program Guide - This is the primary document that talks about all the program features, what they are designed to do.
• Seems like everyone has a version/reproduction of the HSPF article on High Water Table, so we decided to make one too.
• For this inclined, here is a link to the document that we spent lot of time looking at, Guidelines for Determining Flook Flow Frequency (Revised), also known as Bulletin 17B.
